Speakers Circle is one the many areas where the transition between red and white campus can easily be seen. Because of its amphitheatre-like design, one can stand in the center of the circle speaking in a normal tone of voice and be easily heard up to a block away. This is one of the only places in Missouri where someone can speak without a license in the incidence where crowds will gather, therefore on any given day there may be demonstrations, vigils, religious rallies or even the man who comes down to read Dr. Seuss to potential onlookers.\r\n
